Why should I test for radon?
The US General and the USEPA have determined that radon is a radioactive cancer causing gas second only to smoking as the leading cause of lung cancer.
Who can perform the test?
Radon testing is performed by Pinnacle Inspection Services LLC Inspectors, who are New Jersey State Certified Radon Measurement Technicians.
How is the test conducted?
Our inspectors will place an approved NJ State radon testing device within the lowest livable level of the home for a period of 2-5 days in length. After which the test device will be picked up and sent to a state certified laboratory to be analyzed.
What happens after the test?
Your results will be available to you on our web site, or sent to you via email, fax or hard copy indicating the radon level within the home. Also included will be recommendations and guidance if further action is needed.
